When Clara Barton founded the American Red Cross, she made a bold decision: our Red Cross would do more than respond; it would look to the future and prepare to help whenever and wherever it was needed. Through the Clara Barton Society individuals and families make an investment in our broader mission, which focuses not only on disaster response, but also prevention and preparedness. Each of these generous contributors takes to heart the American Red Cross and Clara Barton’s own humanitarian values.
