Grade: 11 (Exempt) Reports to: Director, Disaster Services Hours: Full-time Position Objective – To provide staff support to volunteer Disaster Action Teams to ensure immediate response to single family and non-recurrent disasters within the Chapter’s jurisdiction. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Requires bachelor’s degree and two years experience in related areas. Additional work experience may substitute for education requirement. Must have ability to effectively communicate both orally and verbally. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications and a valid Wisconsin driver’s license. Familiarity with American Red Cross disaster services policies and procedures highly desirable.
