TragedyOn Augst 1, a bridge collapsed in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and a massive rescue operation ensued. The American Red Cross responded, and the Twin Cities Area Chapter provided and will continue to provide food, refreshments and counseling to the first responders and those affected.
