This year, don’t leave the fair empty handed! Stop at our booth in the Exposition Center. Visit our volunteers at booth #818, and you can leave with an armful of information, a chance at some great prizes and a free t-shirt.

We haven’t forgotten about your little ones, either. The Red Cross will be holding a coloring contest for the kids. Winners will receive a pizza party for 10 at a Milwaukee Firehouse. Even if you don’t enter the contest, this will be a good chance to teach your kids about smoke detectors and fire safety while having some fun!

You can also get a cool Red Cross t-shirt with every $15 donation. If you are feeling a bit quacky that day, buy a rubber ducky for a chance to win a GRAND PRIZE. All ducks cost $5 and will be entered into our 2009 Rubber Duck Regatta, a race down the Milwaukee River on August 29.

As always, you can also find out more about preparing your family for the unexpected, and pick up brochures about preventing, preparing for and responding to emergencies!

The American Red Cross in Southeastern Wisconsin relies on donations of time and money so they can provide relief to victims of disasters and help people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies in Dodge, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Walworth and Waukesha counties. To donate your time, please visit our Volunteer page. Financial donations can be made online through our secure contribution site.
