Flowers comes to Red Cross after running a family business and consulting with several non-profits in the Milwaukee area. She briefly served as the Interim Executive Director of Next Door Foundation in Milwaukee. Flowers was also the Vice President and Director of Annual Giving at Children’s Hospital and Health System Foundation in Milwaukee for eight years where she was highly skilled in developing operational strategies and directing major fundraising projects. Flowers earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in English/Elementary Education from the State University of New York in Brockport, New York. She has held several other positions in the Milwaukee area mainly in the healthcare field. Her areas of expertise include: strategic planning & partnership; organizational development; fiscal & program management; systems integration; stewardship & cultivation and team leadership & collaboration. Flowers looks forward to working at an organization that is so well respected and supported by the community. She accepted the leadership position at Red Cross because of its mission, the people that work here and the opportunity to serve. The American Red Cross in Southeastern Wisconsin is proud to announce the appointment of Patricia Flowers as Regional Chief Executive Officer. Flowers will direct the organization which serves seven counties including Dodge, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Walworth and Waukesha.
