All American Red Cross classes are video driven, but also include lecture and hands-on skills practice. If you are unable to participate in our skill sessions, please talk to your instructor before the class.

The Washington County Red Cross will make every attempt to hold all classes as scheduled. If a class must be cancelled (due to inclement weather, instructor illness, minimum number of students per class is not met, etc.), we will contact you and you will be reschedule for another class. If you are unable to attend a class, you must contact our office at 262-334-5687 prior to the class. One transfer to another class is allowed at no charge.

If you cannot attend the class you transferred to, all registration fees collected for the class will be taken as a donation to the American Red Cross and is tax deductible. No refunds will be given to participants who do not show up for a class. You must be present for the full session to receive certification. Late participants may be turned away.

First Aid, CPR & AED classes only
Students wishing to review their certification enroll in the full class and pay a reduced fee. Students seeking a recertification must show proof of current certification. Review only classes can be scheduled for a group with a minimum of 8 students.
