First Aid/CPR/AED

The First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor Course will certify you to teach Adult, Child and Infant CPR, First Aid and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) courses.

Prerequisites:

Cost: $225

Course Schedule:
Pre-Course Session & Skills testing Friday, Sept. 17 5:30 – 9:30 pm
FIT & Instructor Session Saturday, Sept. 18 & Sunday, Sept. 19 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
To enroll:
  1. Complete the Instructor Application (pdf 77.51 Kb) and Instructor Enrollment Form (pdf 92.83 Kb).
  2. Return above forms with payment, credit card information or billing information to American Red Cross, 819 Schoenhaar Drive, West Bend, WI 53090 or fax (credit card or billing information only) to (262) 334-4989 Attention: Leann.
